- Tap N Stay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or fraudulent activities.
3. Bookings
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
- Prices displayed on the platform are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Users may cancel bookings up to 3 hours before the check-in time. Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Tap N Stay acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for property conditions or disputes between guests and hosts.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or mobile application.
6. Prohibited Activities
Misuse of the platform for illegal activities, posting false information, or attempting to hack the website is strictly prohibited.
