Tap N Stay understands that plans may change. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures a fair process for cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Window
- You may cancel a booking up to 3 hours before the check-in time.
- Cancellations made within this window will result in a deduction of applicable charges (e.g., service fees or host penalties). The remaining amount will be refunded.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the check-in time.
- Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or violations of house rules.
